Terms & Conditions

1. If you are requesting a quotation out of office hours (0900-1900GMT Monday- Friday 1000-1600GMT Sat) and the quotation is required immediately please contact A1 Business Travel(A1BT) by telephone (07858 049 942).
2. Smoking is prohibited within any of our vehicles. Times for breaks are at the discretion of the driver. Please state before commencing any journey. This should not affect the itinerary schedule.
3. The consumption of food or drink is not permitted inside the vehicle unless supplied by A1BT.
4. A1BT cannot respond to quotations when received outside office hours. A1BT requires 48 hours notice for all reservations in order to facilitate and guarantee the reservation.
5. Having received your reservation a representative of A1BT will contact you to confirm the details. If you have not been contacted by A1BT to confirm the details of the reservation please telephone A1BT to ensure the request has been received.
6. A1BT will not accept responsibility for any reservations it does not receive.
7. Under this agreement A1BT agrees to provide one of the vehicles listed on our website (www.a1businesstravel.com). We reserve the right to send a suitable alternative replacement vehicle. The vehicle will be provided with a Chauffeur, the name of whom will be given on confirmation of the reservation together with a contact number. This Agreement will run for 7 days unless an extension of that period has been requested by you. However, you shall only be invoiced for the transfers completed and not for 7 days duration of this agreement.
8. Unless otherwise agreed, a deposit of 50% will be required when confirming each transfer more than 48 hours in advance. Transfers confirmed less than 48 hours in advance will be required to pay the full value of the transfer. Credit Card details will be retained and the balance charged only when transfers are satisfactorily completed.
9. Cancellation more than 48 hours in advance will receive a full refund. For cancellations less than 48 hours in advance, A1BT will retain the deposit.
10. Any car parking, bridge or toll fees incurred will be charged at cost.
11. The client shall be responsible and liable for any internal and /or external damage or the soiling of any vehicle caused by the client or any of his /her passengers however caused. Minimum valet charge of £60.00 is applicable regarding soiling.
12. A1BT accepts no responsibility for loss or damage to any property or luggage carried in the vehicle(s) howsoever loss or damage is caused.
13. Extra costs will be incurred by the customer where the chauffeur has been delayed by the customer. The surcharge will apply at increments of 30 minutes. Alterations made by the client, which were not made at the time of the confirmation ie. additional collection points and/or destinations will involve extra charges being levied.
14. No responsibility or liability can be accepted by A1BT for any mechanical, electrical or material breakdown howsoever caused or for the clients missed connections and/or functions.
15. No responsibility whatsoever can be accepted by A1BT for adverse weather conditions, which may cause delay or cancellation of any confirmed transfer.
16. In the unlikely event of any complaint you must bring it to the attention of the driver or representative in the first instance.
17. Our minimum charge fee includes any journey up to 16 miles. Any journey exceeding 16 miles will be charged in accordance with the charges operating within A1BT at the time of the reservation.
18. All credit invoices to be paid by the 7th (seventh) day after the invoice is submitted
